PORTEDA CAKRA MURTI
| PORTEDA CAKRA MURTI an abbreviation of
" Perguruan Olah Raga Tenaga Dalam CAKRA MURTI " (PCM) is an educational
institution for acquiring inner power by applying respiration exercises (art of
breathing), which is derived from modified yoga's assanas, so that it easily to be
studied. Inner power is very useful for self defense (to protect other), increasing our
health or for alternative energy to heals other persons. PCM has acquired official operating license from District Attorney's office on February 16, 1993. The name " CAKRA MURTI " (CM) can be translated as follows : The world "CAKRA" comes from the Sanskrit language and means WHEEL or DISK, i.e. a round thing with a whole in the center and sharp edge. In everyone's body it is believed that there are knots of nerves inter wined together into circle forms like disks and are also called CAKRA. "MURTI" means the form of presentation. Thus in general CAKRA MURTI can mean : knots of nerves (core of power) found in human body, which radiate very effective power. The uniqueness of PCM i.e. the above mentioned interwoven knots of powers found in bodies of its members, can be stimulated / opened by their professor (Guru Besar), so that they get free from the etranglement within a relative short time. Being set free from the wickerwork, the members furtherly can train themselves to feel the vibration to raise and increase the inner power, to learn to utilize effectively through routine exercise . The principle of the PCM respiration gymnastics is derived from the yoga's assanas . After being modified but not deviated from their true meaning and objective of each movement, it is very easy to study, effective and no difficulties. Commencing with studying the PCM respiration gymnastic and the already open cakras, the advancement obtained is very rapid. |
